When we shop online, credit card numbers may be kept by merchants. If we do not want merchants to make charge in the
future, we can get a virtual card number, which is only valid for a short period of time.
Citi Bank provides a service called "Virtual Account Number", where users can choose expiration date as well as
credit limit.
Bank of America used to have similar features, but it is discontinued.
